A holistic approach to goal setting is required to ensure success. If you set goals simply to motivate yourself, you may be at risk of setting yourself up for failure. Using THE GOALS MAP, you will rank your fitness level in defined areas and then set three goals to improve in the areas that matter most to you. With this personalised approach, you can stay motivated and on track towards achieving your performance goals.


The goals map is used by elite athletes to track and monitor progress over time.





Athletes then return to the skills map after a sensible time period (4-6 weeks) which has allowed adaptations to take place.
