Our Story
Movement is a powerful form of self-expression, a means to find balance, a way to escape, and a reminder that you’re truly alive. Running a mile in under four minutes required more than just rigorous training; it requires resilience, respect, and significant relaxation. Most importantly, it calls for a new approach to movement. When Tom began working with On in 2019, their innovative Cloud technology captivated him. This inspired Tom to launch The Trainer Container, curating only the most cutting-edge and inspiring products centered around new movement. Running the shop and attending numerous incredible events allowed Oli to join the journey, bringing a fresh perspective backed by a strong foundation in science and nutrition. Today, The Trainer Container continues to grow alongside its community, stocking more brands and able to provide more services, such as gait analysis, on the high street.
