With 40 weeks to go until the London Marathon, I'm starting to feel like I should be getting myself into shape. Living in this mad world, I thought I would see what help is available without bothering my amazing friends (who are much faster at marathon than I am anyway). The response from AI was fairly predictable, I can only imagine it has found a website with some decent ideas and pulled it from there??? I'm a bit disappointed that the AI didn't suggest any sessions since I would go mad just doing 'steady running' (Oh, hang on.."Suggest marathon running session".. see below). Now I just have to stick to it!

Sessions:
The suggested sessions were absolute nonsense (4x400m / Tempo running) so I had to engage my noggin for that one. I will probably do 1k efforts at marathon pace (10x1k (30sec jog recovery)).
30sec on (marathon pace) 30sec off for 30-40min
Feel free to post your fave sessions below!
