I haven’t been able to road run for years due to having hyper mobile joints and injuring easily, so I have been sticking to trails and sand dunes which I’ve become a bit bored of. I’ve been wanting to take part in park run for so long with the hope to sign up to other road running races but haven’t been able to trust my knees. Oli was amazing help when I visited, he must’ve had me try on about 6 different pairs of trainers and sent me out around the carpark in a couple to find the right support for my knees and ankles.
